It's important that not only we'll enhance engineering ability but also we'll adjust for the conditions of clients in each circumstances.
Guideline (Direction and Strategy)	Improving our skills and expanding our working area	I'll always collect and study the latest information about environmental technology. I’ll brush up my energy saving technologies about water treatment and plumbing plants to a level second to none. I'll cultivate my English skill.Moreover, I’ll master a basic Korean skill.
	Contribution to global energy problems	When it comes to engineering advises for energy saving in water supply & sewerage system, I have a confidence I would not lose to anyone. Based on past accomplishments, we'll approach to related association in Japan. With the aid of the energy conservation center Japan and other national agencies, we'll implement engineering advises for energy saving more aggressively. We'll contribute not only in Japan, but also in foreign countries.
	Appealing of our technologies and collecting some information	About mainly our energy saving technologies of sewerage plants, we’ll exhibit in an exhibition to appeal our strong technologies and announce some useful information. We’ll attend some foreign exhibitions to collect a lot of useful technical information aggressively. If we cannot go abroad, we’ll attend online foreign exhibitions.
Vision (Middle - and long - term challenges, Solutions)		The name recognition is not so high about not only our company but also the Professional Engineer Japan. By expanding human network in Douyukai or Commerce & Industry Association, we'll pitch our business further. I’ll continue more aggressive action for developing new fields. E.c., water purification advices in abroad, water saving technology, working environment improvement, and so on. We'll create the vision of recruiting the person who can become my business partner.
