Water Purification Development and commercialization of high-performance wastewater treatment system using the membrane filtration Compact and high-performance water treatment system that has the microfiltration membranes of 0.4μm in pore size has been developed and commercialized. Optimizing the method of aeration wash on the surface of membranes, operation of the system has been able to stabilize certainly even if the quality of sludge is not so good and the fouling occurs frequently.
Construction and operation of membrane refresh plant for the water treatment system using the membrane filtration For the water treatment system using the membrane filtration, the periodic refreshment of membranes is necessary. We constructed the plant in a company. The plant design is efficiency and has good refreshment effect, and also the plant has been designed with the occupational safety and health.
Development about decolorization of the livestock wastewater In case of livestock wastewater, if the color of effluent is not colorless the problem can be happen, even if the criterion of water quality is satisfied. Decolorization system of wastewater using the aggregation sedimentation process that initial investment is not so expensive has been developed. Although some troubles used to happen because of varying the pH about this process, the troubles has been solved by optimizing the method of preparation.
Development of water-saving system using reuse of the rain water and gray water One of the strong point of membrane filtration system is easiness of reuse of treated water. So the reuse system of the rain water and gray water has been developed. Both of the plant use the membrane filtration system, one treated water made from rain water has been used for hand-wash in rest room, and the other treated water made from gray water has been used for flush in lavatory. As a result, water cost were reduced by 85%.
Application research of high performance water treatment technology using the membrane filtration system The water treated by this system has high transparency. And using this system will be significantly reduce the installation space compared with conventional method. Market, competitor and social situation were researched to decide the area in which this system will be needed, and the results of its research was submitted for marketing strategy.
Engineering advises about improvement of wastewater treatment plant in seafood processing factory Though only the BOD could be removed by the wastewater treatment plant, optimizing operation method the nitrogen also has been removed stably. And as a result of continual engineering advises, the pH has been optimized and operation of the activated sludge control has been stabilized.
Engineering advises about sewage-treatment plant in Xinyi city (Jiangsu Province, P.R China) In a large scale sewage-treatment plant in which wastewater of 40,000t can be treated per day, the quality of effluent water was not so good. As DO, pH, water quality and concentration of sludge were inspected in detail about all the plant, cause of trouble was found, and the improvement plan has been suggested.

The device is simple, light and easy to use.
Improvement of waste water treatment plant in chocolate processing factory in Russia Oil – water separation device of wastewater has been designed and recommended in chocolate processing factory in Russia. Quoted from the standard "SHASE-S 217-2008 (Grease Interseptors)" in Japan, capacity and other specifications were designed by leaving adequate safety margin.
Engineering advises about wastewater treatment plant in seafood processing factory in Dalian city (China) The troubles of wastewater treatment plant have happened frequently as a consequence of varying salt concentration in seafood processing factory. Furthermore, the space of factory is not so large. So I suggested the MBR (Membrane filtration style activated sludge process) that is relatively compact system.
Investigation of easy detection method of arsenide in groundwater Possibility of simplifying more than conventional method about easy detection method of arsenide in groundwater was investigated. If the quality of groundwater is suitable for the detection method it may be possible to simplify the method partially. However it was concluded that it’s not completely possible.
Development strategy of water quality improvement products for pump manufacturing company in Busan city (Korea) Although main products of the company are pumps and related goods, the water quality improvement products will be developed newly. As a result of research, it was recognized that development of filtration technology is the most promising method. So we informed a current condition and aspect of the industry, and suggested the method of development.
Water quality research of lake in Takayama City in Gifu Pref. We inspected water quality of dam lake in the northeast of Takayama City. Although red tide occurred on the surface of lake and algae bred at river near the lake, we researched the cause and forecast of incidents and suggested the solution as well.
Purification of pond in which carps live At a garden, turbid water of a pond in which carps live was purified. We designed a small plant by using sand filtration method and installed. As a result, the water of pond has been completely purified.
Suggestion of desalination method of salty groundwater in Deagu city (Korea) We collected related information by using JDreamⅢ and internet research method. As a result, it was concluded that RO (Reverse Osmosis) method is the most suitable for desalination of salty groundwater. In order to reduce the running cost, we recommended that renewable energies such as solar power generation should be used as a power source.

Factory Improvement
Diagnostics for energy saving In many factories and offices, a lot of diagnostics were implemented for the energy saving about air-conditioning system, lighting, combustion in furnace, water saving and so on. I recommended that the cost may be reduced too much if the advice will be carried out. Up to now, the number of accomplishments is 60 in total.
Engineering advises for energy saving in chemical factory In a chemical factory diagnostics for energy saving were implemented, and energy saving methods of boilers, lighting, pumps and compressors have been recommended. According to the estimation, cost reduction will be about 10 million yen a year.
Energy saving advises for confectionery factory in Vladivostok City (Russia) In chocolate processing factory in Russia, enhancement of energy efficiency and energy-saving measures have been recommended. About the steam system, the best design of steam re-use and heat recovery system has been implemented.
Engineering advises for energy saving in the plating factory in Deagu city (Korea) In a plating factory in Korea diagnostics for energy saving were implemented, and energy saving methods of boilers, steam pipelines and dust collector have been recommended. According to the estimation, cost reduction will be about 20 million yen a year.
Engineering advises for energy saving in water supply & sewerage system Seven facilities of water supply & sewerage system have been inspected, and energy saving technical advices have been implemented seeing the treatment situation in the facilities. According to the estimation, cost reduction will be about 13 million yen a year.
Engineering advises for energy saving about furnace of rice cracker factory In local rice cracker factory, technical advices for energy saving were implemented, although there is a constraint of heat retention material related to health concern, most suitable material has been discovered after wide range investigation, and the idea has been suggested.

Suggestion about factory reform of a bus company by considering with the environmental impacts. In case of factory renovation, some ideas have been suggested by considering water saving and energy saving. About effective usage of water, the methods by which rain water is corrected and used from roof and the method by which groundwater is collected and used after purification by removing iron were suggested.
Engineering advises for energy saving in sewerage system Some sewerage system facilities have been inspected, and energy saving technical advices have been implemented seeing the treatment situation in the facilities. According to the estimation, cost reduction will be about four million yen a year.
Waste treatment Engineering advises of sludge treatment at sewage-treatment plant in Xinyi city (Jiangsu Province, P.R China) Dewatering method of sewage-sludge by a filter belt press has been optimized. After the tentative experiments were done in a laboratory, the most appropriate condition by which the water content ratio can be minimized certainly and also the cost of aggregation agent can be reduced has been found.
Investigation the method of effective usage of used diatom earth Usage for pottery, glass, cement, refractory and silicon raw material has been investigated. The possibility of effective usage has been investigated by using human network the professional engineers and related business field has been researched, and also implementation method has been recommended.
